Business identity and services
This website is operated for QB CARE SERVICES LLC. Services include digital marketing, content and creative support, website-related support and general business consultation, as described on our services page and in an accepted written proposal.
Engagement and scope
Browsing this site does not create a paid engagement. A project begins only after you accept a written scope and the stated commencement conditions are met. The proposal specifies deliverables, exclusions, revisions, fees, billing milestones and dates. Any variation requires agreement.
Prices and payment
Quotes and invoices are in United States dollars (USD). The proposal and invoice identify the full service price, any applicable taxes and separately approved third-party expenses. We do not charge an undisclosed fee. This website has no checkout, does not collect card details and does not authorise recurring charges.
Client responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, lawful materials you are authorised to use and timely approvals. Use secure delegated access when account access is necessary; do not send passwords or sensitive payment information by email. You remain responsible for claims about your business and for approving public materials.
Results and advice
We do not guarantee sales, revenue, search rankings, lead volumes or other commercial outcomes. Business consultation is general operational and marketing guidance, not legal, tax, accounting, investment or other regulated advice.
Intellectual property
Ownership or licences for project deliverables are defined in your proposal. You retain rights in materials you supply. Third-party fonts, stock assets, software and platforms remain subject to their own licences and terms. We will not use your non-public materials in a portfolio without permission.
Cancellation, refunds and delivery
Our refund and cancellation policy and service delivery policy explain the relevant process. Mandatory consumer protections continue to apply.
Acceptable use and restrictions
You must not use this site or our services for unlawful, deceptive or infringing activities. We may decline work that violates applicable laws, sanctions, third-party rights or platform rules. We do not provide software-vendor support through this website or claim affiliation with any software vendor.
Third-party services and promotions
External platforms have their own rules and availability. Advertising spend and third-party fees are excluded unless expressly included. No trial or promotional discount is currently offered. If a promotion is introduced, its eligibility, dates, conditions and price will be disclosed before purchase.
Resolving concerns
Please contact customer support with the project or invoice reference and a description of the concern. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any additional contractual terms must be stated in the proposal before you accept it.
